Ahmad Green Tea



I started drinking Ahmad Tea when i was in Cameron Highlands last year. i was out of green tea and i desperately need to drink it. I was addicted to green tea at a point of time and when i found the only green tea i could find in Cameron Highlands, I gave it a try.

The moment i drank it. i love it. i usually drink green tea without milk or sugar. Some sources claim that tea is know to be a natural source of fluoride, potassium, manganese and vitamin B2.  To me, i started drinking green tea because i couldn't take coffee anymore ever since i gave birth to my second son. i will surely get headache after consuming coffee. i just don't know why and i just wanted to drink something hot after having meals and drinking green teas is the only choice i have.

Therefore, i changed to drinking tea. While green tea has its benefits and disadvantages if you drinking too much, i just couldn't stop complementing Ahmad Tea Green Tea.

I checked out their website and mentioned Ahmad Tea is a UK-based family business, drawing on four generations of tea blending and tasting experience. Maybe that's why with 'vast experinece and so many generations inheritance, the have perfected the flavour and the aroma of the tea or at least to my preference of my taste.

Please give it a try and i yet to try the Jasmine and detox versions. i hope to try other versions after i am bored with the original one which i yet to feel sick of it.
